STRONG FOR THE BATTLE
Author: Irvin L. Rozier
I've fought many a battle while serving my Lord
Faith has been my shield and the Word my sword
Satan has come against me in so many ways
Often the battle has lasted for days and days

Fear not I am with thee said the Lord to me
Be strong in the battle and I will bring victory
Though I grow weary these words ring in my ears
Gives me encouragement and wipes away my fears

Right before deliverance and breakthrough
Satan will do his best to destroy me and you
By sending his wicked fiery darts
To pierce and destroy many hearts

But prayer to the Lord will avail
And give deliverance from evil Satan's hell
The Lord is strong in the midst of turmoil
The wiles of the devil he will foil

I will hold on to Jesus with all my might
He will keep me safe through the fight
Satan thinks he has a grip on my soul
But Jesus sends victory and makes me whole

The Lord gives me strength for the battle
When my faith in Him Satan tries to rattle
The mighty spiritual war is hard to comprehend
When Jesus says enough, the battle will end

Sports Betting 101
Author: mansi gupta
Betting on sports is perhaps as old as the various games themselves. Millions of people have made huge money out of betting on sports. Possibly no game is left virgin of betting. All games have bookies and wages attached to them. Alike is the case with the countries across the globe. Betting is becoming a universal phenomenon nowadays. The difference however lies in the fact that some countries have accepted betting and so have legalized it while others still consider it illicit. For instance betting is taken to be legal nearly in entire Europe whereas Nevada is the only place in United States of America where wagering is deemed to be lawful. But the geographical scenario does not bring much variation in the terms and conditions or the rules and style of betting. The betting policies for a particular game for example cricket remain approximately the same around the world.

But what differs with the place or country is the sport and the amount of bets placed on it. Like people in Asian countries are leaders in betting on cricket. Cricket is the favorite sport in the Asian subcontinent. But in Europe and America games like horse racing, basketball, hockey, soccer and football etc. receive topmost priority. Thus that sport is wagered the most, which is relished, by maximum number of people.

Australia is one of the best places in the world to enjoy betting. This is because betting is legal in Australia and there are ample of sports that are cherished by the Aussies. Australian Football and Rugby are the two eminent names in this category. Lots of good information and even betting guidelines or tips about these games and many others like tennis are available on the Internet due to the legality of sports betting in Australia.

Ireland is the land that gives birth to the most of the English sports action. Irish football and Hurling are unique English sports. Rugby, cricket, golf and tennis are other English sports that invite lot many bookmakers and so bets. The English Premier League or one can say the English Soccer involves tremendous wagering in Europe. Darts are also famous among the English. Many people love betting on the not so common game of Darts. But this isn't all. Punters never leave The National Leagues, the National and International Cups, the Motor Sports like Formula F1 Racing, the IRL or the Indy Racing League and the NASCAR i.e. the National Association of Speedy Cars and Rednecks, involves million dollar wages or even more every year.

Human beings have always made good business through animals. Along with the horse racing the racing of animals like camels, pigs, ponies and dogs invite great amount of betting in Europe as well as on the land of America.

While betting on any game what should be followed is your knowledge of the game and what your intuition or common sense says. A bettor should be pretty clear and confident over the option of his bet. If an individual is making a bet for the first time, don't bet big. It can lead to unexpected snags. Remember, it takes time to learn and develop betting skills.

Speak Your Faith
Author: Living the Abundant and Prosperous Christian Life
God wants you to live an abundant and prosperous life. But, please don't think the devil is going to just stand by and watch while God outrageously prospers you. The devil's whole purpose is to kill, steal, and destroy. (John 10:10)

Well, if that's the case, what are we to do? Ephesians 6:11 says, "Put on the whole armor of God that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil." Truth, righteousness, preparation to share the gospel, faith, salvation, and the Word of God is the armor. Verse 16 says, "Above all, take the shield of faith with which you will be able to quench all the fiery darts of the enemy."

Faith is a shield. When the devil's lies come at you, you must know what God's Word says concerning your circumstances in order to quench the devil's lies.

Unfortunately, too many Christians are ignorant of God's Word, so they operate in a spirit of fear, which is the opposite of faith. We cannot operate in a spirit of faith and a spirit of fear at the same time. We will flow in one or the other. We must oppose the spirit of fear and close the door on the devil so we may move forward with God's plan for our lives.

As Faith is our shield (our defense), God's Word is our Sword (our offense).

Now, we must not only believe God's Word, but we must speak it. Our words are containers of power. When all hell is coming against us, we need to hold fast to the confession of our faith and say what the Word says in light of our situation instead of what the circumstances look like or how they make us feel.

Not speaking the positive report of God's Word is the reason why so many believers fall short of receiving God's best. 2 Corinthians 4:13 says, "I believed, and therefore have I spoken." By speaking negative words we are in agreement with the devil. The door then becomes open for him to produce the very conditions you are speaking. Instead, speak the promises of God, get into agreement with Him, and you will eventually see God's promises fulfilled in your life.

'Set' your Products to Sell
Author: Chris Malta
"'Set' your Products to Sell"
If you spend any length of time selling products on the Internet, you're going to find out that it's very hard to sell "very low priced" products.

What? Why is that? You'd think that people would LOVE to pay Very Low Prices for products!
Well, that's true, when they're getting value for their money. But there is one thing that will make your customer back up so fast, they'll have to make a "beeping" noise, like a big truck in reverse:
Shipping charges.
Ah, yes. Shipping Charges. The bane of the Internet Retailer. Ground shipping, air, motor freight. Residential delivery surcharge. Shipping insurance charge. Signature release charge. They get you coming and going. (Literally!).
We sell brand name products on the Internet using the Drop Shipping method. We have genuine wholesale distributors who will fill our single-item orders by wending the products we sell DIRECTLY to our customers from the warehouse, with our business name on the package. Very low cost and effective.
BUT…they still have to charge us shipping, which means we still have to charge our CUSTOMERS shipping.
Normally, that's just fine. Internet customers understand shipping charges, and with most products, it's not even an issue.
However, what happens when you have a site that sells an "accessory" type product that goes along with your general product line, but only costs about $5 retail? A customer comes along and wants to buy that inexpensive accessory, but during the process of completing the order, they realize they are going to have to pay about $7 in shipping.
Ouch! $12 for a $5 accessory? Don't think so.
So what do you do? Are you going to deprive your customers of the "accessories" that go along with your general product line, and possible lose that customer's attention for good?
Not your first choice, is it?
There's a way around this problem for many types of products.
Suppose your site sells those cool Velcro-type dart boards that parents love to give their kids, because Velcro tips won't put holes in the walls, or in the other kids either, for that matter. The dart boards come with a supply of plastic darts.
However, we're talking about KIDS here. Plastic darts break. They disappear. They go running off down the road taped to the tail of the neighbor's cat. Someday, little Johnny is going to want to play darts with a Dart Set that has no darts. There will be crying involved; I have three kids and a grandson, and I know that sound.
Some parents will think ahead and buy some extra darts from you when they order the Set in the first place. Most will not.
Ok, someone comes back to your site and wants to order another set of three plastic Velcro darts. You sell them for $5. The shipping cost is $7.
$12 for three plastic Velcro-tipped darts? Guess what…Johnny's Mom or Dad is going to decide to spend some time convincing Johnny that the Dart Set was never any fun anyway. It won't be easy, and Mom or Dad will probably blame YOU for that, whether they should or not. :o)
So what can you do about that?
It's very simple.
You can "group" those little accessory packages of darts, and sell them as "sets".
For example, group FOUR of those $5 packages of darts together as a single product on your site, and call it a "Complete 4-player Dart Set" (each player uses three darts while playing, so 4 sets covers 4 players.) That way, you have something you can charge $20 for (or a little less, since you're moving them in bulk), and the $7 shipping charge suddenly doesn't seem like so much to little Johnny's Mom or Dad.
Think about how happy THEY'LL be with the idea too…EXTRA sets of darts for the NEXT time Johnny's darts skip off into the Twilight Zone of Lost Toys!
Stretching it a bit? Sure I am! It's a story, for the sake of illustration, but there's a solid truth at the core:
When you sell products that require accessories from time to time, you should also be able to supply the accessories in a manner that will be comfortable for the customer.
Think about this too: the products don't HAVE to be accessories. This works for ANY individual products that just happen to be very low priced to begin with. Be creative!
Grouping products into "Sets" can't be done with every product, but you should be able to think of a way to do it for most!

Pepper Spray Or Stun Guns

Pepper Spray Or Stun Guns?
Author: Robert Nelson

If you are serious about self defense, and you want to take a non-lethal approach, you will have a choice between only a few items that can stop an attacker in his/her tracks.

You have a right to protect yourself and those you love. And you should be able to act on a moments notice. Don't become another victim......fight back!

Stun Guns, of at least 400,000 volts and up, will stop most people. Some people can take quite a jolt, and keep on coming. It really depends on what part of the body the Stun Gun contacts.

A strong Stun Gun, and they go up to 750,000 volts, can drop a large man in seconds. You would contact the upper part of the body, on the torso. You will have time to either get away, or furthur subdue the attacker. If there is more than one attacker, you will have to be in close contact with each of them, in order to stop the attack.

If you had a TASER, it would shoot out two electronic darts attached to wires that would bring down any man, except for maybe Rodney King. The TASER only holds one shot, after that it functions only as a stun gun.

Pepper Sprays, such as MACE, are extremely effective in stopping an attack. Pepper Sprays come in a couple of strenghts, but beleive me, you would not like to be sprayed by any of them. They also come in different sizes.

Here is the difference -- You can use Pepper Sprays at a distance, and you can be effective with several attackers at one time, You can spray a whole gang at one time with some of these large spray canisters. A drawback with Pepper Sprays is that you have to be careful not to spray into the wind. It will come back in your face, and you will be very sorry. If you use a spray indoors, no problem with spray-back.

You can also buy Combo Stun Guns. This is a Stun Gun with built in Pepper Spray. Now you can first Pepper Spray, and if needed...you can Stun the attacker. A great combination.

It is ALWAYS better to keep a distance from an attacker. This is most effectively done with Pepper Spray.

Robert Nelson is a staff writer at Spy Supply Depot, where all kinds of Stun Guns and Pepper Sprays are available. Feel free to visit their website: http://www.spysupplydepot.com " http://www.spysupplydepot.com
